A DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

The car features Apple CarPlay* and a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. Passengers in the rear can control features from the audio system to the heating and ventilation using the wireless Touchscreen Remote (TSR). And with the optional Bentley Rear Entertainment system, they can stream video, games and music from their mobile devices to 10.1” touchscreens affixed to the front seats.

WIRELESS CHARGING

Sweeping horizontal veneer flows across the elegant dashboard and into the doors, emphasising the spacious width of the cabin. A floating centre console houses the customisable 12.3-inch HD touchscreen and Bentley ‘sculptural’ centre vents, front and rear. These contain stowage as well as inductive ‘wireless’ charging, plus two USB sockets for mobile phones.

DEFINITIVE STYLING

The Flying Spur is instantly recognisable as a handcrafted car, from its cut crystal-style jewelled headlamps to the polished chrome quad oval tailpipe finishers at the rear. Inside, there is a choice of five standard hide colours. Crown Cut Walnut veneers are fitted as standard, with a range of further finishes available as options. You can choose from seven standard exterior paint colours or the optional extended range, which includes a striking new metallic blue-green finish, Topaz Blue. With additional finishes available from Mulliner, you can choose from over 80 colours. Your selection can then be complemented by your chosen finish for the exterior detailing. Chrome is standard, while the Blackline Specification turns everything black, complementing the new gloss black matrix grille. PREPARE FOR EXHILARATION

Choose the twin-turbocharged 4.0 litre V8 engine and you can expect levels of performance that are almost unheard of in the luxury sedan world. With a power output of 542 bhp and the ability to produce 770 Nm of torque, it can propel you from zero to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds and on to 198 mph* – all to the soundtrack of its rich V8 exhaust note. Three driving modes allow you to adjust the experience between Comfort and Sport, while Bentley mode delivers the optimum balance between the two
A fourth mode, Custom, allows you to adjust the settings to your own personal preference. For those seeking a more efficient option, the 2.9 litre V6 hybrid delivers the sense of limitless power for which Bentley is renowned – combined with the ability to drive in cities with strict emissions regulations.
Together with a powerful 100 kW electric motor, the engine can power the car to a top speed of 177 mph – and thanks to the instant torque provided by its electric motor, it can reach 60 mph from a standing start in 4.1 seconds. It can even drive at speeds of up to 87 mph on electric power alone.

Stylish and unique, the car features supremely comfortable seats in 15 hide colours, with Bentley’s iconic ‘Wing’ theme across the lower console and fascia. The seats in the Flying Spur feature a twin-flute design and multi-comfort settings. These include heat, ventilation, multi-mode massage, adjustable bolsters and top tilt. The rear seats also offer a luxurious, cosseting travelling experience, with folding centre armrest and a manually deployed centre headrest that can be stowed away for maximum visibility.
